We are settling back into reality here after two incredible vacations in Italy and Hawaii. I have many posts to catch up on including both vacations, L.A.'s Brew at the Zoo 2012, and a couple local spots we tried out before our travels. However, since I am still gathering my thoughts and working on putting together coherent sentences about all those fantastic adventures, I thought I would just do a quick update about some upcoming events in the area...
Don't forget about the California Beer Festival coming up quickly in Ventura and later in San Dimas. Tickets are on sale now and space is limited!
Also coming up fast is the annual Oktoberfest at the Old World in Huntington Beach. This celebration runs from September 9-October 28. It is a great location with delicious German food, awesome German beers on tap, and of course an Oom Pah Pa band! If you have never been to Old World's Oktoberfest, we highly recommend that you check it out! Tickets are available online or at the door.
